Time Value Technologies Co., Ltd. — Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in China. Where a product page shows stock, those units are held in that warehouse (25 units per model unless the page states otherwise). Larger quantities are produced for the order by the manufacturer named on the product page.

2. Dispatch times
Ready stock: dispatched within 3–5 working days after your payment has cleared.
Made to order: production takes 25–35 days, plus transit. For these orders we confirm the dispatch date in writing before you pay. We do not quote a date we cannot hold; if stock is not available for the date you need, we tell you before you order.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Chinese public holidays.

3. Shipping methods and rates
Express parcel (one unit to a few units): Standard USD 45 / Expedited USD 58, as shown at checkout, carried by international parcel services with tracking.
Air freight: quoted per shipment; economical for medium volumes.
Sea freight: quoted per shipment or per container, and the lowest cost per unit for volume orders. We arrange palletising and container loading at the warehouse.
Freight rates are prepared per order against your destination port or address, the weight and volume, and the model mix, and are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Shipping charges are payable before dispatch. Prices for goods are exclusive of freight unless the quotation states otherwise.

4. Delivery time
Transit time depends on the destination, the method chosen, carrier schedules and customs clearance. We cannot guarantee it and we do not promise a fixed delivery date. Once the shipment leaves the warehouse you receive the carrier name and tracking number by email. Delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, strikes, weather or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will help you follow up with the carrier.

5. Duties, taxes and import clearance
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and any local charges are the importer's responsibility, as with any cross-border purchase. We do not collect or pay them on your behalf. We ship with the commercial invoice and packing list and, where required, the certificate of origin and the manufacturer's conformity documents (CE / ISO 9001) so that your broker can clear the shipment. Tell us what your customs broker needs and we will include it. Goods are declared at the value actually paid.

6. Checking your delivery
Parcel shipments: inspect the packaging and the machine on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, keep the packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer box, the shipping label and the damaged part. We will raise a claim with the carrier and, where the claim is accepted or the fault is ours, replace the part or the unit.
Freight (air or sea) shipments: check the pallet and cartons against the packing list before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or shortage on the receipt (or CMR) and photograph it before you sign — without that note the carrier may refuse the claim. Report any discrepancy to us within 7 days of receipt.
Transit insurance is not included by default. We can arrange insurance for freight shipments on request; tell us before dispatch if you want it.

7. Volume orders and your own forwarder
We can load your forwarder's container or deliver to a consolidation warehouse in China that you nominate. If you use your own forwarder, delivery is complete when the goods are handed over at the address you gave us, and your forwarder's terms apply from that point.

8. What we do not do
We do not relabel or re-brand machines: the manufacturer's brand, model code and nameplate stay exactly as delivered.
We do not under-declare customs values.
We do not quote a dispatch date we cannot hold.

9. Minimum order and volume pricing
Minimum order is 1 unit. Volume pricing: 10 or more units — 10% off list; 50 or more units — 25% off list, with mixed models counted towards the same tier. Tier prices are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice before payment.
