This page covers how volume and cross-border orders work at Time Value. For single-unit purchases you can simply check out on the product page.
1. Volume pricing
Every model is priced in three tiers. The unit price is the price for a single unit; the discount applies to the per-unit price from the quantity shown. Mixed models count towards the same quantity tier.
- 1–2 units — list price. Order directly on the product page.
- 3–9 units — 8% off list, per unit, across the whole order.
- 10 units and above — 15% off list, per unit, across the whole order.
Tier prices are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice before payment, together with stock, dispatch date and a freight indication. Two entry models — SUNTEK SRM2030 and SRM3080 — carry a minimum unit price at the 15% tier; the tier price in your quotation already reflects it. Prices are USD and exclude freight, duties and local taxes.
2. Request a quote
Send the model list, quantities and destination port or address. We reply with unit price, available stock, dispatch date and a freight indication. Stock is held in our China warehouse; larger quantities are produced by the manufacturer, so the dispatch date is confirmed before payment — not after.
3. Payment
- Card and PayPal at checkout (single units and small orders).
- From 10 units we issue a proforma invoice at the tier price; payment by card/PayPal or T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment).
- From 50 units payment is by T/T; a letter of credit is available above USD 50,000.
- For any order that needs a proforma invoice or bank transfer, ask us for the payment details and the invoice in the name of your company.
4. Shipping
- Express / parcel — rates are calculated by parcel weight and shown at checkout for international delivery: Standard USD 75 (1-6 kg), USD 125 (6-15 kg), USD 165 (15-50 kg); Expedited USD 95, USD 165, USD 285 for the same bands. Machines above 50 kg are quoted per order. The best choice for one to a few units.
- Air freight — quoted per shipment for medium volumes.
- Sea freight — quoted per shipment or per container; by far the lowest cost per unit. Palletising and container loading are arranged at the warehouse.
5. Duties, taxes and import paperwork
Import duties and VAT are the importer's responsibility, as with any cross-border purchase. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and, where required, the certificate of origin and the conformity documents we hold for the model (for the Hightop HT series: EU RED certificate E1177-244539 and FCC ID ZMKM450C7P for the radio control, and the U.S. EPA certificate for the engine family fitted) with the shipment. Tell us your destination and the documents your customs broker needs and we will include them.
6. Spare parts and repeat orders
Replacement blades, batteries, chargers, docking stations, wheels and controllers can be added to any shipment. Give us the model code and we will confirm the part number — for example, SAC1050 blades fit the SUNTEK SRM series.
7. What we do not do
- We do not relabel machines: the manufacturer's brand, model code and nameplate stay as delivered.
- We do not quote a dispatch date we cannot hold. If stock is not available on the date you need, we say so.
