2. What we sell, and in what capacity
We sell outdoor power equipment — robotic lawn mowers, remote-controlled mowers, cordless chainsaws and related accessories — supplied by third-party manufacturers. Each product page names the manufacturer (for example SUNTEK, Zhongyuan, Hightop). Unless a product page, quotation or invoice states otherwise, we act as an independent reseller of these products and not as the manufacturer, the importer of record, or an authorised distributor in your market.
Brand names, model codes, logos and trademarks shown on this store belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply. Manufacturer images, datasheets and specification figures are reproduced from the manufacturer's own documentation. We do not alter brand markings or nameplates and we do not relabel machines.
3. Product information, images and specifications
Specifications, coverage areas, battery data, blade data, dimensions and weights are those published by the manufacturer and are indicative. Colours, accessories and packaging may vary slightly between production batches, and images may be illustrative rather than showing every included item. If a particular specification is critical for your application, ask us and we will confirm it in writing before you order.
4. Prices, tiers and availability
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, exclude freight unless stated, and exclude import duties, VAT/GST and local charges. Minimum order is 1 unit. Volume tiers: 3–9 units — 8% off list; 10 or more units — 15% off list, with mixed models counted towards the same tier. Prices, tiers and stock levels may change and are subject to written confirmation; a quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. Obvious errors and omissions are excepted: where a price or specification is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order at no cost.
5. Safety — and no professional advice
These products are outdoor power tools with sharp blades, high-capacity batteries and, on some models, petrol engines. They must be operated by a competent adult, in accordance with the manufacturer's manual, using the recommended protective equipment, and with the safety, PIN and anti-theft functions enabled. Do not use a machine on slopes or terrain beyond the limits stated for that model. Keep children and pets away from the working area. Have mains electrical work — power supply, docking station installation — carried out by a qualified electrician. Nothing on this store constitutes professional, engineering, electrical, legal or tax advice, and nothing on this store is a statement that a particular machine is suitable for your particular site.
6. Import, compliance and use in your market
You are the importer for your market. Duties, VAT/GST, licensing, product registration, labelling and market-specific approvals are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. On request we supply the manufacturer's conformity documentation that we hold (for example EU RED and FCC documentation for radio modules, U.S. EPA engine certificates, and CE declarations where the manufacturer provides them) with the shipment. We do not warrant that a product meets every local requirement in every country, and we do not act as an authorised representative or responsible person in any jurisdiction.
7. Warranty and defects
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, for the period and scope stated in the documentation supplied with the machine; we do not offer an additional warranty of our own. We will pass on manufacturer warranty claims and, where a defect is attributable to us or the goods are not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as required by applicable law. Wear and consumable parts (blades, wheels, batteries, belts) are excluded from warranty except where they are faulty on arrival.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost production, downtime or third-party claims. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs action, carrier disruption, natural events, or manufacturer delays that we have clearly notified you of in writing.
9. Use of this website
The layout, text, product descriptions and photographs produced by us on this store are our content; please do not republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try first to resolve any dispute with you directly and in writing; if that is not possible, the dispute may be brought before the competent court at our registered place of business. Mandatory consumer protection law in your own country of residence remains unaffected.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this store at the time of your order applies to that order.
